Chips being picked up from the bin - CV1800

Even though I have an almost empty bin, I am still getting chips picked up out of it when I turn on the machine. I am assuming that I have a leak in the system somewhere. Can someone tell me where to focus my search?
 
Use a smoke stick (Incense sticks work well) and look for air entering at any joint around the bin or bin collar as these are the most likely.
