I am glad to see you are constantly improving your products and listening to customer feedback, but could you detail any changes that you have made to your New and Improved Models? As an owner of a two year old CV1800, I am curious about the changes you have made. Where does the moisture problem occur? is there a weak spot I should keep an eye on or reinforce?

We have now painted and clear-coated sealed all of our cabinet grade MDF. This was at the request of customers who live in moist environments. There have also been cosmetic improvements to our blower housing unit. The mounting blocks at the top of the blower housing are now a heavy duty blue plastic and we've added a grommet hole to the cyclone body to reduce the amount of dust buildup in the "dead space".

We have new products coming soon as well. So, please be checking our web site frequently.

I know this last post is very old. Is it still accurate? Do you still clear-coat the MDF parts?
