Noise issues

Hi folks,

After reading all the posts regarding noise it seems best to enclose the ClearVue in a closet. I have searched the web to try to determine if other cyclones, for example Oneida’s, also have a noise issue. I was not able to find anything on the web indicating noise problems with Oneida cyclones. Is ClearVue unique regarding noise or do all cyclones have noise issues?

Oneida cyclones the same size are also just as noisy -- it's all about moving lots of air through the fan housing.
