SDR35/D2729 pipe and fittings in New York

I just located some 6" SDR35 pipe and fittings for my CVC and thought I would pass along the source and prices.

Those are great prices, particularly the 10' length of pipe (especially if it is the blue-green SDR35/ASTM 3034 pipe). I paid about the same price in 2007 for D-2729 (the white thin wall S&D pipe). And great prices for the fittings as well. Lowe's is typically $5 higher for the wye fitting.

I picked up my PVC D-2729 10' pipe for about $20 in GA from a plumbing supply store after calling around. $15 is fantastic! Neither Lowe's nor HD had the thin wall, only the heavier (and more expensive) thick wall Sched 40 pipe. The fittings for the sewer and drain (thin wall):


6" 45° $7.99
6" 90° $10.99 (I know i'm supposed to use two 45° fittings, but i'm going to use 2x45° coming off the main and then try the 90° from the ceiling to the 6" pipe that runs down the wall to the blast gate)
6" Wye $22.00
6" Cap $5.22

I'm getting very close to finishing my system and can't wait to have it working.

Dave, Were in GA did you find the D-2729. I am trying to set up my vacuum system and need about 50" plus fitting. Need the 6" size.
