new installation

I recently received my package from Ed. I have started assembly (as time allows). I plan on mounting my cyclone outside of my shop (mostly to reduce noise) and put the filter stack inside to recapture heated air. My impeller housing was delivered broken. The impeller shifted during shipment and broke the plastic. Ed was GREAT. I emailed him the next day, and he shipped me a replacement which I received within a week. Ed apparently understands a concept lost in most business now adays: Customer service. I would (and have) recommended Ed's system to several friends who are woodworking hobbyist like me. I am sure that once my system is up and running, others will see the value and emulate.
 
Thanks for the kind words Scott. I really appreciate our customers taking the time to write something positive....especially after receiving something broken. For the record we are a new company.......a small company and need the positive word of mouth to survive. Beyond that, I personally believe that most people are honest and deserve service (not a hassle) after the sale. We are in business to make money for without that we can't exist but this is just a great business because we also really get to help people with something that I think makes a difference. By the way, I learned within the last week that we were heating the plastic too much in that sharp bend of the wrapper and the plastic was getting brittle right there. We are learning new things all the time. Anyway, thanks again for your positive feed back.
