Saying Hello and Asking For Some Help with CV1800

Hey guys!

I am Steve, a proud American father of 3 little girls, a loving husband and currently working as lay-out designer in a company that offers print services online. I love surfing the Internet, reading books and of course the products of CV.

A few days ago my wife just bought the CV1800. It was very useful at first but after 3 days, the product just malfunctioned and stopped collecting dust. I wonder if how I can troubleshoot the problem?
